Is SEC 10k or 10Q data available

I noticed that a while back there was a merged feature request to add this data.

I've run a search for SEC, 10k, 10q, balance_sheet, and income_statement via https://pydata.github.io/pandas-datareader/devel/search.html?q=income_statement and have not found those keywords showing up.

I thought pandas datareader did have access to or keep regulatory data like that as part of an SEC data scrape?

I have an older data source that I think is pandas data framed but I wanted to see if these data sources were already in pandas-datareader before I suggested a feature.
