No routine to create a manifest from existing files

It looks like pyrax will automatically segment large files into chunks + a manifest for me, but doesn't provide a routine to create a manifest from previously uploaded files. Such a routine would let chunk files go into separate containers or choose chunk boundaries manually, without needing to fall back to http.
