Problem trying to solve

I am looking into accessing the following apis:

• https://docs.atlassian.com/software/jira/docs/api/REST/9.17.0/#api/2/issue-getPinnedComments
• https://docs.atlassian.com/software/jira/docs/api/REST/9.17.0/#api/2/issue-setPinComment
