[Bug] Android does not support WebHID

Describe the bug

Android does not support WebHID, and it is not likely that it will since Android does not appear to have an API for it.

Could we perhaps update the error message to say that users can install it on a supported device, after which they can still code on Android?

After that, we can make this issue as blocked upstream.
