[Bug] Pybricks Code detects Android as Linux, gives wrong instructions

Describe the bug

Web USB (EV3 download and run) and Web DFU (SPIKE Prime install) work well on Android. But we are giving users instructions about Linux udev rules. I don't have a Chromebook, but maybe it says the same here.

Expected

We should probably not give any instructions at all here, just like on Mac.
