Pybricks Code interface for EV3Brick

Work on this is finally underway so creating a proper issue to track it since the discussion isn't easy to find.

• [x] USB download and run
• [x] UI to restore official LEGO firmware
• [x] UI to flash Pybricks firmware (UI is not 100% complete, still needs video and proper error messages)
• [x] Template file for EV3
• [ ] Implement custom hub name for EV3
• [ ] Code completion for EV3
• [ ] Package EV3 firmware (this is blocked by a few firmware items we need to take care of first: low battery shutdown and proper license file)
