[Feature] Scrolling in block editor

Hello, For large programs, it would be great to have a scrolling possibility in the block editor.

Instead, currently scrolling zooms in and out

We actually got used to use the scroll wheel for zoom in and out; so we argue for not to remove it. It works quite similar to some CAD programs and it is very handy once you get used to it.

About the scrolling: an addition of the feature would be welcome. We have seen a scrollbar thing to the right but it dis- and reappears in for us unpredictable ways.
