[Bug] Scroll bar in wrong pane when installing firmware

Describe the bug On smaller screens, the install button is not in view.

A scroll bar does show, but it is hidden on the right, as screenshot below.

To reproduce Use a smaller screen, or mimic it with browser tools.

You can see the hidden scrollbar move in the background if you scroll with a mouse wheel.

This was reported by a Windows user and confirmed on Ubuntu.

Expected behavior Have the scroll bar in the dialog instead of grayed out in background.

Maybe we could also use a bit more of the horizontal space.
