[Feature] zoom/position in block project is not remembered when closing and opening again

Python projects will remember the cursor and scroll position and restore them when you open a project again. It would be nice if blocks projects did the same.

Additionally, there is currently an upstream bug that if the first block in the json has a negative x or y position, it opens with the block aligned top left.
