[Feature] Add one more option to download program (BLE, USB)

Pybrick is awesome, I use it for my students to join competition. After the meeting, my National Organizer does not allow to use BLE at competitions days. Please give an ideas to download and still using pybrick. If you got the problem the same to me. Please confirm and hope that Pybrick can update it soon. Because 2 week later, my students have to enter competitions. Thank you.
