Goal

Allow users to record vital information along with their publishes so as to allow receiving users to inspect the motivation of a newer version.

Architecture

Commenting relies on persisting metadata along with a publish, which relies on a third-party. We could provide Conformer baseclasses that communicate this information to Shotgun et. al. We can also include a default using something like Open Metadata and persist this information as files along with each publish.
