Alarm.com devices are not reporting activity - open/closed

My alarm.com sensors are not reporting activity in Home Assistant.

Status is being reported such as "closed" but when I select a door I see "No activity" and it seems like I should see the 'open' and 'close' events that are happening for that device. The alarm.com site is showing actvitiy for these sensors.

I've "reloaded" the integration but this has not changed this.

The doors do not change status when they go from open to closed. I seem to remember a setting for how often this would poll your alarm.com account but I am not seeing that now. I tried to find a way to log out and back in but I'm not seeing this option either.
