Latest version (0.10.9.7) not in Eclipse update site

Could you add version 0.10.9.7 to the Eclipse update site, please? The latest Eclipse plugins are 0.10.9.5, which doesn't have the fixes for Java 17.

@bartdag or @HyukjinKwon , I am also looking for version 0.10.9.7 at the Eclipse update site. Is this not available? Is there a new url for the update site? The changes made in py4j.reflection are really needed for Eclipse now. Thanks.
