IndexError: pop from an empty deque can not connet to neo4j

Expected Behavior (Mandatory)

I have run correctly in win10

Actual Behavior (Mandatory)

cx = self._free_list.popleft()
     ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

IndexError: pop from an empty deque

How to Reproduce the Problem
