How to project a GeneralGraph to a PAG?

By default, A Genearal Graph has .pag property set to False. See now I use GIN and the output is a GeneralGraph, how can I transform/project this into a PAG so that I can compare it with ground truth PAG?

Sorry for the late reply. Currently, we don’t have a method to transfer it to PAG, but I completely agree that it would be an excellent addition. I’ll make sure to inform you as soon as we have a solution. Perhaps you could try to compare the causal orders for now.
