Config flow could not be loaded: undefined

Trying to install the Intergration all i got was "Config flow could not be loaded: undefined".

After searching the net i found that disabeling GoogleCast before setup solved the problem.

This problem should either be solved, or perhaps included in the setup guide (if problems disable google cast while setting up) :)

Hi @grm

I have the same issue. Had to remove the integration and readd it (because it didn't work anymore). And now I cannot add the integration. Same error "Config flow could not be loaded: undefined" I use manuall install.
