Export is not possible if only groups exists

Password Save v1.19-pre self-compiled from master branch on Ubuntu 23.10.

1. Create new database.
2. Create new group.
3. Menu File and problem appears. Option "Export to" is greyed out.

I created few more groups and "Export to" is always greyed out. "Export to" gets to normal non-greyed state when first entry is created. I don't know why is this limitation. Why can't user just create a skeleton of groups without entries in it and then export to XML?

It looks like exporting a database that contains only empty groups is not supported at the moment. A password safe with only empty groups basically doesn't contain any passwords/data. I suspect that the original intention of the export functionality was data exchange. The creation of a password safes skeleton was probably not in mind.

With the Windows version, the export dialog can be opened and an export can be started, but this leads to an error message. From the displayed text, the user cannot understand the reason for the error. This could be improved.
