Quick links page to provide back or cancel button and header description

Currently Quick links does not provide enough text detail around the links provided. New York University is requesting to provide field to enter more info and back or cancel button to return to main menu.

Alternatively if quick links could be incorporated directly to main menu, instead of secondary menu, that may resolve the issue with users being confused on where to find info on changing preferred name, Duo MFA device management. Both compliance and security items currently not supported in PWM natively.
