Account activation error messaging not clear
The error messaging for account activation today is the same as the one where LDAP data when it is incorrect. This creates a lot of confusion for the users at New York University. Could this be fixed with separate errors:
User data in LDAP is not correct ie. DOB and ID number Error should say: data from db not correct as it does today
User account in PWM / LDAP activated ie. DOB and ID number entered and account claimed Error should say: account already claimed.
Majority of the user end issues are around the error messaging, and we cannot easily tell what is happening. Thank you for resolving this bug.
