Duplicate Norwegian Bokmål language files

At the moment there are two identical sets of language files for Norwegian/Norwegian Bokmål. (no and nb) This is because you may get different language codes in return depending on which browser is being used. Some browsers return just no = Norwegian and others return either nb_NO = Norwegian Bokmål or nn_NO = Norwegian Nynorsk. This could possibly be solved by maybe have some sort of table saying that if browsers return language code "X" actually use language file "Y", in our case "no" => "nb_NO" This may be useful to other languages as well.
