"Daily Statistics" values are all zero in "Daily Summary" emails

The "Daily Statistics" values are always all zero in "Daily Summary" emails. These same values display correctly in the web interface under Administration -> Data Analysis -> Event Statistics -> Raw Statistics for the same dates. The "Health Check Results" and "Directory Report Summary" (if enabled) do display correctly in the Daily Summary emails.

I'm running the PWM v1.9.1 war with Tomcat 9.0.24 and OpenJDK 1.8.0_222-b10. This issue did not occur when I was running an earlier PWM v1.8.0 snapshot.

An interesting observation regarding this issue... Normally, PWM sends the "Daily Summary" email every 24 hours after PWM was last started. These emails do not contain "Daily Statistics" values. If PWM is restarted, it additionally sends a one-time "Daily Summary" email at midnight UTC. This email does contain "Daily Statistics" values.
