Cannot show LDAP createTimeStamp entry creation time in help desk

Describe the bug If I add the createTimeStamp field in Authenticated => Help Desk => Details => Help desk detail form, the field isn't shown in the frontend, while other LDAP attributes are shown.

on what LDAP directory? It's probably an operational attribute.
