Please add the option to allow the proxy account to update user accounts, which isn't currently supported

Currently, to allow profile updates to change fields like email address, you need to give users permission to edit their email address themselves. I'd also like this requested option, as the "email and phone validation" feature does not make much sense if users can backdoor their profile and change it themselves to something invalid via ldap or AD programs.
