Cannot change password at Helpdesk module

After pressing change password at Helpdesk module, browser debug console says:

angular.js:14800

js Error: Unable to retrieve a valid password UI mode. at helpdesk-detail.component.ts:106 at angular.js:17169 at m.$digest (angular.js:18352) at m.$apply (angular.js:18649) at HTMLButtonElement. (angular.js:27480) at jg (angular.js:3791) at HTMLButtonElement.d (angular.js:3779) "Possibly unhandled rejection: {}"

And no password prompts appear. Password UI mode has been set at configuration.
