Pick a display name to show upon opening file instead of actual filename?

Currently, when one opens a file on iOS, the default file display program will display the actual filename as the display name, as shown in the attached image (e89f5...).

Would it be possible to pass an argument to the 'open' method to pick a display name that differs from the filename?
