Issue Generating Roster Codes after uploading rosz file

Good Morning! I am not sure what the issue I am facing is exactly, but I am not getting any roster codes generating when uploading my .rosz files using the battlescribe2tts website. I am attaching the .rosz file below if that helps. Please let me know what you are able to find! P.S. it is not letting me upload the file to this website with the .rosz format - please let me know what I can do to help solve this issue. Thanks!
