Exclude certain Abilities

The tool already has the ability to remove all abilities from the description. That is fine for a lot of abilities, but not for all. It would be awesome if I could instead of removing all rules, provide a list of rules to exclude so I can remove the very common onces like "Shock-Assault" and "They Shall Know No Fear"
