No matter what roster I try to upload (I tried 3), I am not getting a code to imput into TTS, only a message saying Network Error. My internet seems to be working fine and I rebooted both my PC and the router as well as attempting it again while connected to a VPN.

I had the same problem... until I realized I was trying to upload the wrong file. If you upload a PDF or an HTML file instead of the .rosz, then you get a "Network Error". Perhaps this could help!
