Not recognising different equipment on the Leman Russ

Describe the bug I have Leman Russ Demolishers with two different sets of equipment in my list. One with 2 heavy flamers and a bolter, the other with two bolters and a flamer.

However, only one shows up when I load my list. My tank commander shows up, as do my executioners, but one model is missing. Expected behavior My army (1 Commander, 2 varieties of demolisher, Executioners, tech priest) should have 5 minis, not 4.
