Primaris Captain Missing Relic Shield

Describe the bug The Primaris Captain is missing the Relic Shield from their description when the <Heavy bolt pistol, Master-crafted power sword and Relic Shield> loadout is selected. Only their Angles of Death, Rites of Battle, and Iron Halo abilities are present in the description.

Expected behavior Relic Shield should be included on the list of abilities.
