[VSCODE] "PWABuilder Studio: Generate Icons"

What happened?

While using VSCode, my intention was to genrate icons from a 512x512 image. However, when executing the "PWABuilder Studio: Generate Icons" command, it produced an output with an inaccurate height.

What do you expect to happen?

Expected dimensions were 192x192, yet the height generated is 196. Similarly, the anticipated dimensions were 512x512, but the generated height is 516.
