What happened?

The Keyboard focus indicator is not visible at 'PWA success stories' in High Contrast mode. The user is not able to differentiate between the keyboard focused control as the boundary is not visible properly.

How do we reproduce the behavior?

1. Turn on High Contrast mode using 'Alt + Shift + Prt Scr' or Settings > Accessibility > Contrast > Select Contrast theme.
2. Open above URL on Edge Dev browser.
3. Navigate to PWA success Stories section e.g. trivago.
4. Observe that issue.

What do you expect to happen?

The Keyboard focus indicator should be visible at 'PWA success stories' in High Contrast mode. The Contrasting keyboard focus indicator boundary should be visible for the control.

What environment were you using?

OS Build: Windows11 Version 21H2 (OS Build 25193.1000) Browser Version: Microsoft Edge Dev Version 106.0.1370.4 URL: https://www.pwabuilder.com/

Additional context

Note: Issue is repro with Mouse hover.

User Experience: If the control is not visible with keyboard focus in high contrast mode then the person with low-vision will not be able to see control.
