What happened?

The Page footer links like 'Github/Twitter/Youtube' are not visible with keyboard focus in High Contrast mode. As the keyboard focus lands on the link, the control is not visible (or visible as black) and only the control keyboard focus indicator visible.

How do we reproduce the behavior?

1. Turn on High Contrast mode using 'Alt + Shift + Prt Scr' or Settings > Accessibility > Contrast > Select Contrast theme.
2. Open above URL on Edge Dev browser.
3. Navigate to page footer links, e.g. 'GitHub/Twitter/Youtube' using tab key.
4. Observe that issue.

What do you expect to happen?

The Page footer link should be visible with keyboard focus in high contrast mode as it is visible without keyboard focus.

What environment were you using?

OS Build: Windows11 Version 21H2 (OS Build 25193.1000) Browser Version: Microsoft Edge Dev Version 106.0.1370.4 URL: https://www.pwabuilder.com/

Additional context

Note: Issue is repro with Mouse hover.

User Experience: If the control is not visible with keyboard focus in high contrast mode then the person with low-vision will not be able to see control.
