[PWABuilder - Page Footer]: The tooltips present with 'Twitter', 'Github' and 'Youtube' links is not descriptive and does not appear with keyboard focus.
What happened?
The Tooltips present with 'Twitter', 'Github' and 'Youtube' links are not descriptive and does not appear with keyboard focus. With mouse hover, the tooltip on twitter appears 'Logo Twitter' which is not descriptive.
How do we reproduce the behavior?
- Open above URL on Edge Dev browser.
- Navigate to the Page footer links 'Github/Twitter/Youtube' using tab key.
- Observe that issue.
What do you expect to happen?
The tooltips present with the Page footer links 'Github/Twitter/Youtube' should be descriptive and it should appear with the keyboard focus as well. The Tooltip could be as 'Contribute us on Github/ Follow us on Twitter/Subscribe us on Youtube'.
What environment were you using?
OS Build: Windows11 Version 21H2 (OS Build 25158.10) Browser Version: Microsoft Edge Dev Version 106.0.1356.0 URL: https://www.pwabuilder.com/ Tool: Developer Tools(F12)

Notes: This issue is reproes throughout on all URLs.
User Experience: If the tooltips does not appear with keyboard focus then the visual user might have confusion regarding the control and also if the descriptive information is not provided to the user via the tooltip then the user will not be able to understand its purpose.
