Add checks for special characters that follow the rules of each packaging system in the packaging options modal.

https://github.com/pwa-builder/PWABuilder/issues/2689 The above issue had "Giel | App" as the app name and the bar breaks the generation. The users shouldn't be able to press download until all of the boxes are valid and won't cause errors.

This also happens in the signing key section sometimes with non-english characters.
