Repro steps:

1. In PWABuilder, analyze https://webboard.app
2. Click Manifest Options
3. In the preview pane, scroll to description
4. Observe the text getting cut off:

I notice however that since I've filed this bug, the font size has been changed, prevents text clipping like this:

While it'd be nice to have text ellipsis here, if you can't do that, then it's OK to close this issue.

p.s. doing ellipsis with multiline text can be tricky. This article claims it's possible in webkit based browsers like Chrome and Edge. I'd suggest giving that a shot, but if you can't make it work, you can just close this one since the lines are no longer clipped mid-text.
