libc libg libm не используются и в стандартном SDK. Если они нужны, то есть microc и другие, более компактные библиотеки...
Всё что можно, уже выпилено из SDK либ и libgcc. Оставшееся в SDK lib-ах - сложнее и не подлежит прямому выпиливанию... Необходимо дизассемблировать полностью и удалять ненужное уже в реверсированных...
