CP2102 also does not seem to work

In addition to FTDI chips which are mentioned in the README, CP2102 also does not seem to work for me. I was able to flash the fw with a CH340G adapter.

I just did flash the firmware using CP2102 adapter

Depends on the resistors installed in the adapter or LEDs on the RX input.
