How to change settings after flashing to Zigbee firmware?

I'm new to it and still testing, but apparently I configured it to update too frequently that the battery dies a lot faster even when compared with the other one with stock firmware, but since bluetooth detection doesn't work any more  I don't know how to make changes. So any information for me to change it? Or I have to revert to stock and flash with new setting again?
