Allow to software reset device

Hello,

while looking at the pincode section, I saw that the only way to recover from a forgotten pincode is to reflash device with usb.

I am wondering if it is possible to do one of these solutions :

• add an option to don't write the pincode in flash (EEP_ID_PCD) (only keep it in ram). On next reboot we restart with pincode disabled.
• make the reset button (PA5) restoring flash. For example if at startup it is low : reset flash or use default values instead of the one in flash.
