No control over panes in SSH sessions.

I'm SSHing from windows to another windows machine, and when mprocs is launched in the remote terminal I can't control the panes. I can only switch between processes but when focused on one of them, the keyboard doesn't seem to react to anything. This is true no matter what process I'm focused on, even simple shell.
