GeoTools 11 should work, as of 21.0. Jasper Reports not.

This is confirmed. This regression comes from 19.1. I've downgraded geotools to 19.0 in the mean time.

Are you sure the processor order is correct in your YAML file?

Since some time, the print doesn't re-order automagically the processors. Can you show me the `processors:` section of your config.yaml?
