Check if ptime-sync works as expected

It has come to our attention that Puzzle-DE does not update their Ptime-Data as regularly as we thought. Here are the exact details in a chat: https://chat.puzzle.ch/channel/puzzle-deutschland?msg=2xhPcgX8PNKNydmjY

Now most of the Ptime-sync should be pretty foolproof. But its not just about that. Lukas mentioned that not all of them have saved a birthday in the PTime. Since that is one of the necessary attributes in the Skills all of these people will fail when saving. This basically renders the sync useless.
