Skillset not sortable

Currently in the Skillset table you cant sort after a certain column, but it would be very practical. We could take inspiration from the Certificates table where you can sort by any column.

Todo's

  • Rework the table so it can be sorted after all columns
  • Write Tests

Maybe this Ticket and Ticket#876 could be combined into one bigger Ticket about a Skillset table rework
