Profile/ People-Skills side-nav gets wrong top when a success message is present

Currently when you have a success message in either your profile or people-skills tab the positioning of the side-nav is wrong

This is because the top of the side-nav gets calculated via the boundingclientrect of the Parent element in this case the component on the right of the side-nav. When we get the success message the boundingclientrect of the Parent element changes.

We found 2 Solutions to this Problem but both arent really beautiful

1. We set the top of the side-nav always to 192px
2. We subtract the height of the successmessage from the boundingclientrect
