Add french translations

When we have finished https://github.com/puzzle/skills/issues/728 let us add french translation.

Pro Tip: ChatGPT is really good at taking full .yml files and translating them. There are even some services that fully specialize on this https://chatgpt-i18n.vercel.app/ but I think that one now needs an API key.

Or you can just let your French skills shine through.
