Concept: Team Skill Tracking over time
As we track the department for each member we could implement team wide tracking.
E.g. A Department Leader could look at how many of his members are Senior Ruby on Rails Devs and extract a new team goal from this information. "We want more than 10 Devs that are Ruby on Rails Seniors".
To keep track of information over time we should probably take some form of snapshot of the team's progress. Maybe fix the current state once every month or something and then allow comparison over the months.
TODO for now:
- Think about how this could be implemented.
- Create mockups for the ideas you come up with
- Show them to @drnoa and let him chose his favorite
- Write the tickets for the chosen option

I made the mockups for this thicket. My first understanding of the ticket was that the team goals also have to be created in the skills. Then I realized that extract does not have to mean that the goal is on the skills. So I then finally made the mockups that are now here. These are the 4 options.

Ich habe Antwort bekommen und er fand Option 2 am interessantesten, doch wollte noch eine Art über längere Zeit direkt vergleiche zu machen, deswegen habe ich kurz mit @RandomTannenbaum unterhalten, was man da machen kann und zwei weitere Mockups erstellt.
