`You haven't added any skills yet` message
When a new Member starts work here their profile is created by someone else.
The new Member is then reminded to fill out their information etc.
Oftentimes, however the new Member forgets to add any skills.
Therefore, let's add a small message that gets added above the profile that says something along the lines of:
This profile hasn't rated any skills yet, head to the Skills Tab and rate some of the skills relevant to you
