CV-Search: Optionally search skills as well

Currently the CV-Search (very intentionally) doesn't search through a User's Skills. However, if it did it could be nicely used as a global search.

Therefore, the following suggestion: Add a toggle to the CV Search if it should search for skills as well or not.

• Add checkbox to the CV search that says "search through Skills as well"
• Display Skills as search results as well if the checkbox is ticked
• Allow clicking on a skill and redirecting to the users skills
