Open Source Contributions

We want users to be able to add their opensource contributions to their CV's. (https://github.com/puzzle/skills/issues/192)

For this we will add a new Tab similar to the Skills Tab were one can add Open-Source-Contributions. The design should strictly follow the rest of the tool, specifically trainings, stations, projects etc. For now the Opensource Contributions don't show up in the CV-Export. A contribution has a title and a github link (probably commit, pr or issue)

Definition of Done:

• Add the relation in the backend
• Add the correlating models in the frontend
• Create it's own subpage Opensource Contributions
• Link the subpage next to CV and Skills as the mockup shows.
• A User can add his opensource contributions on this page
• Tests :tada:
